Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šLead key workstreams in the annual compensation process while acting as a trusted advisor to compensation planners.
šOversee compensation for a designated global region and act as a subject matter expert to drive key projects and initiatives in a country or region.
šBe a strategic partner to the Human Resources, Finance, and HRIS/Workday teams to enhance compensation-related workflows, processes, and analysis.
šEngage in benchmarking analyses and survey submission processes.
šCollaborate with leaders to design and revise compensation programs, policies, and processes.
šPlay an integral role in promoting fair and consistent pay practices in alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Experience:
šMinimum 7 years of compensation-related experience šExperience working with job evaluation, survey matching, and compensation benchmarking analyses šExperience working with the compensation module within Workday šExperience working in a global environment is a plus šStrong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills šAbility to interpret, analyze, and visualize data and trends šDemonstrated ability to improve and streamline processes and continuously improve how we deliver collateral to our key stakeholders
