Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
- Ad Hoc Finance Requests šDevelop, generate, and automate financial reports to support daily operational and management requirements. šProvide data-driven insights for Finance, Audit, and Compliance stakeholders. šRespond quickly and accurately to urgent financial data inquiries.
- Finance Audit Support šPrepare and maintain audit-ready financial data and reports. šCollaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to provide evidence and documentation for internal and external audits. šEnsure BI processes align with audit and compliance standards.
- Data Management & BI Development šBuild, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data models in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). šPartner with Finance teams to identify reporting gaps and implement automated solutions. šEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple financial systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration šWork closely with Finance, Audit, and Risk teams to understand evolving requirements. šTranslate business needs into BI solutions that are clear, actionable, and scalable. šPresent complex financial data in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
What We Look For In You
šEducation & Experience: šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economy, or a related field. š7+ years of experience in Finance BI, Financial Analysis, or Audit-related BI roles. šTechnical Skills: šStrong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. šExperience with BI/Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker). šFamiliarity with finance systems (ERP, accounting software) and data warehouse concepts.
