Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šBusiness Strategy & Growth Enablement šPartner with VIP & institutional business leaders to align on strategic goals and identify growth opportunities. šTranslate business priorities into measurable targets and design incentive frameworks that motivate internal teams and external stakeholders. šLead performance reviews and recommend strategic pivots based on data-driven insights. šData-Driven Decision Support šAnalyze business performance, segment trends, revenue patterns, and client behavior to inform strategic decision-making. šProvide senior leadership with clear, concise insights and recommendations that support business initiatives (e.g., incentives, engagement programs). šPerformance Tracking & Reporting šDevelop and streamline dashboards, business scorecards, and regular reporting on VIP & institutional performance against targets. šMonitor efficiency, revenue traction, and client engagement metrics; identify areas for improvement and recommend actions. šCross-Functional Collaboration šWork closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to integrate analytics into planning and execution. šServe as a trusted analytics consultant to stakeholders ā translating complex data into clear business narratives. šBusiness Incentive & Target Design šLead the design of incentive programs and bonus structures tied to business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. šDefine frameworks for target setting across segments, and support business partners in understanding and owning these targets.
What We Look For In You
šBusiness-Savvy Analytics Experience š5+ years experience in business analysis, strategy analytics, or related roles in crypto, fintech, financial services, or high-growth tech environments. šStrong ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and influence key stakeholders. šStrategic Thinking šProven experience in setting targets, defining OKRs, and translating strategy into measurable results. šExperience designing incentive programs or performance-linked frameworks is a strong plus. šCommunication & Leadership šExcellent communicator: able to present complex insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiences. šProven ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus on performance measurement and strategic priorities.
