The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures. PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.
Job Summary
What You Will Do:
šCall, engage, and close potential sub-brokers, APs, and financial advisors to onboard them into Lemonnās AP Partner Program. šConvert leads into active APs by effectively communicating program advantages and guiding them through the onboarding process. šAddress partner concerns regarding commissions, trading platforms, and growth strategies to ensure smooth conversions. šBuild and maintain long-term relationships with APs through regular support and updates on trading performance and opportunities. šAchieve or surpass monthly targets for AP onboarding and trading volume growth.
What You Should Have:
šExperience: 1-2 years in telesales, sub-broker acquisition, or financial services sales. šCommunication: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. šTarget-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed onboarding and revenue goals in a competitive environment. šFinancial Knowledge: Basic understanding of stock markets, brokerage models, and trading systems.
