Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to gather, clarify, align and document business requirements for new features and solutions. 📍Translate customer & business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories (story-splitting, defining acceptance criteria, managing dependencies) for development teams. 📍Work alongside with Product Managers to maintain, guide prioritisation, and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. 📍Assist sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams by participating in product features, demos, and addressing customer-specific inquiries. 📍Guide customers through their onboarding process by ensuring the technical configuration and requirements are met and aligned.
Who you are
📍5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within FinTech, Banking, or similar industries, with in-depth business knowledge and a proven ability to gather, understand and document customer requirements effectively. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders in a dynamic, agile setting. 📍A track record supporting B2B customers and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. 📍Highly adaptable, thriving in an environment that evolves quickly, where priorities can shift rapidly, and where ambiguity is common. 📍Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, able to work under pressure and find solutions to complex challenges.
