Requirements

📍Drive strategic initiatives with partners for the Mina Foundation ecosystem 📍 Negotiate and finalize agreements (MSA, SoW) with partners alongside BD and Product. 📍Manage budget allocation for activities. 📍Coordinate the design, testing, launch, and lifecycle phases with partners and other MF departments (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Community, and BD) 📍Drive & Manage the day-to-day Delegation Program with a cross-functional team 📍Improve Foundation’s AML/KYC policies and procedures. 📍Work closely with the Marketing & Community team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. 📍Ensure employee compliance with various policies and procedures, including insider trading policy and data retention policy. 📍 Assist the General Counsel with agreement drafting and organization

Qualifications:

📍 Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience in operations, partnership and project management. Experience in negotiating contracts and managing strategic partnerships is highly valued. 📍Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Web 3 ecosystem. This includes understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks that may impact partnership activities. 📍 Certifications: certifications related to project & program management (e.g PMI, Prince 2, SaFE…). 📍Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, interpersonal skills such as empathy, diplomacy, and conflict resolution. 📍 Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and derive insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize partnership outcomes. 📍 Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and lead initiatives to successful completion.
