Job Summary
The opportunity
šLeave & Time Off Management: partner with the leave administrator in US & Canada to ensure leaves are administered in alignment with our policies, pay is processed correctly in US & Canada, and answer employee questions šBenefits Administration: lead day-to-day benefit tasks in US & Canada including tracking enrollments & terminations, resolve system & file errors, act as the liaison with benefit vendors and brokers šOpen Enrollment (US Only): support set up of open enrollment project plan, system configuration and communications šCommunications: assist with creating and tracking communication deliverables including presentations, flyers, Slack posts, and internal benefit site šBilling: audit monthly invoices to ensure accuracy, reconcile vendor credits, and audit contributions for FSA, HSA and 401(k)
Skills you should HODL
š10+ years of benefits experience, preferably in a similar role at a high tech, multinational company šStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy šExperience administering leaves in the US & Canada šHighly organized, operationally astute and data-oriented šAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
