The opportunity

📍Leave & Time Off Management: partner with the leave administrator in US & Canada to ensure leaves are administered in alignment with our policies, pay is processed correctly in US & Canada, and answer employee questions 📍Benefits Administration: lead day-to-day benefit tasks in US & Canada including tracking enrollments & terminations, resolve system & file errors, act as the liaison with benefit vendors and brokers 📍Open Enrollment (US Only): support set up of open enrollment project plan, system configuration and communications 📍Communications: assist with creating and tracking communication deliverables including presentations, flyers, Slack posts, and internal benefit site 📍Billing: audit monthly invoices to ensure accuracy, reconcile vendor credits, and audit contributions for FSA, HSA and 401(k)

Skills you should HODL

📍10+ years of benefits experience, preferably in a similar role at a high tech, multinational company 📍Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy 📍Experience administering leaves in the US & Canada 📍Highly organized, operationally astute and data-oriented 📍Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment 📍Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner
