Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering you'll be responsible for:
đź“ŤDeveloping and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and Python đź“ŤLeading and designing solutions from scratch to production đź“ŤMonitoring the performance and cost of the services in production đź“ŤStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack and development processes đź“ŤIntegrating with other team members (backend/frontend/product/UX)
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
đź“ŤMust have 5+ years of proven backend software engineering experience đź“ŤProficiency in object-oriented programming languages: Java/Springboot, C#/.Net Core đź“ŤProficiency in various big data stores such as Snowflake, Vertica, Elastic Search, BigQuery đź“ŤExperience with developing SAAS products over public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, GCP. đź“ŤProficiency in high scale, multi tenant cloud architecture; queues, locks, scheduling, workload distribution, ETL workflows
