Responsibilities

📍Develop and implement crypto-related products such as crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending and more 📍Lead the creation of systems that will scale 100x, driving transformative infrastructure and architecture upgrades 📍Lead and guide day-to-day development activities through hands-on involvement in architecture decisions, designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementation 📍Set up and maintain system infrastructure

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience 📍7+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle 📍2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership/management position 📍Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high business impact and breakthrough results in fast-moving environments 📍Strong proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring framework 📍Expertise in MySQL and experience with at least one NoSQL database 📍Proficient in distributed system design and knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and its design principles 📍Strong cross-team communication skills
