Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. šAssist with the consolidation process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. šReconcile intercompany balances and transactions. šPrepare detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, including variance analysis and commentary. šAssist in the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures related to consolidation. šPrepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. šAssist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required. šCollaborate with various departments to gather financial information. šStay updated on IFRS changes and their impact on group reporting.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. šProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is highly preferred. šMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, preferably within a multinational environment. šStrong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). šExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. šStrong attention to detail and accuracy. šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
