Job Summary
What you'll do
šMarketing Strategy & Execution: šCreate and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces. šDefine customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion. šOptimize and manage digital performance marketing channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic). šBuild and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives. šConduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly. šTeam & Cross-functional Leadership: šManage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators. šCollaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. šPartner with product, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets. šStakeholder & Agency Management: šMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media agencies and brand partners. šLead and evaluate agency output to ensure delivery of KPIs and ROI. šIdentify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility. šAnalytics & Optimization: šTranslate data insights into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaigns. šMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed. šBrand & Communications: šOversee brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
Requirements
šMust hold a bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A masterās degree is an advantage. šMinimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity. šA strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus. šProven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, performance campaigns, and channel strategy. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building.
