Job Summary
Responsibilities
šResponsible for executing finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (including checking expense claims, raising payments and invoices) šSet up and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures šManage the tax compliance and audit process, familiar with internal control process, monitor day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements šArrange supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, manage cash and bank balance controlling šProvide accounting and relative financial support to local or oversea-offices
Requirements
šBachelorās or above degree in Accounting or Finance š2 years above of finance and accounting experience Big4 experience preferred šSolid accounting knowledge and be able to work independently šGood understanding of Company Law and Tax Law šProficient in English and Mandarin šAbility to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
