Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šManage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. šAnalyze all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process, review all earning releases, administer investor presentations and conference calls scripts to ensure accuracy. šCoordinate with various teams and perform complex analysis and prepare reports to summarize financial data. šManage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. šCoordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors, prepare recurring financial reporting packages and draft report. šEnsure compliance to all reporting requirements, file quarterly forms according to current requirements and document new rule. šResearch and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IAS compliance, prepare accounting memo. šDevelop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. šCoordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process. šPrepare and interpret all operating results for periodically management reports. šMaintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. šDevelop and maintain supporting documents for all financial reports and evaluate it for various departments and committees.
How you will stand out:
šBachelorās Degree in Accounting or Finance šCPA Required and Big 4 Accounting or similar experience š3-5 years of experience with financial reporting experience šAt least 2 years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements is an advantage. šStrong technical IFRS and US GAAP accounting knowledge šKnowledge of best practices in internal controls šOracle knowledge preferred
