Job Summary
About the Role
📍As a Senior AE focused on onramps, you will: 📍Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion. 📍Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs before they become obvious, including wallets, payment startups, infra providers, neobanks, and PSPs. 📍Lead sales efforts specifically around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure. 📍Close complex, high-impact deals ranging from early stage pilots to multi-year strategic contracts. 📍Act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers, helping them design scalable fiat to crypto flows. 📍Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem. 📍Develop deep product and technical knowledge, collaborating closely with product and engineering. 📍Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.
About You
📍The ideal candidate is: 📍Deeply crypto-native 📍Chronically online and highly plugged into crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and founder communities. 📍Actively tracks new startups, infra providers, and payment trends before they hit mainstream awareness. 📍Comfortable speaking fluently about stablecoins, wallets, onramps, compliance, and crypto payments. 📍Experienced in fintech and payments
