Responsibilities

📍Collaborate with and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate their feedback into design solutions. 📍Work closely with highly skilled developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and to troubleshoot design-related issues. 📍Figma is your religion and you master Variables/Design Tokens + working with the Adobe Creative Suite and UX/UI focused collaboration tools. 📍Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for our main websites and marketing landing pages. 📍Knowledge and understanding of various design systems, frontend frameworks, and processes for implementing user-facing software 📍Stay updated with the latest design and technology trends to keep our digital platforms innovative and relevant. 📍Working in a fast-paced and passionate environment, where it’s not just about 9 to 5 📍Conduct UX research and user testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. 📍Develop and execute design strategies that enhance user engagement and experience. 📍Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders effectively, advocating for user-centric design principles. 📍Analysis of website analytics data and SEO oriented website creation.

Minimum Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience. 📍Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design. 📍Passion about Web3 and Blockchain technology 📍Understanding of the fundamentals of web technology for Website development, such as HTML/CSS (no coding skills needed) 📍Must include a portfolio, website, or other relevant links to your work in your application, providing viewable links and/or access instructions.
