WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
šFrontend Expertise: A substantial background as a front-end developer- with some familiarity with backend. šDesign Savy: Strong eye for design, with the ability to independently implement components and responsive layouts with sometimes little or no high fidelity designs. šCustomer Focus: Be able to think through whole UI/UX, and have a user-centric approach to designing and launching high-quality products šIndependence & Initiative: Be trusted to work autonomously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges šAdaptable: Be able to handle rapidly changing requirements and start up culture as clients and goals expand quickly. šStrong Communicator: Be able to have clear deeply technical or high-level discussions.
