Responsibilities:

📍Regional PR Strategy & Leadership: 📍Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy for Southeast Asia, aligned with Binance’s global positioning and local market realities. 📍Prioritize SEA as core growth markets, ensuring deeper media engagement, stronger visibility, and sustained brand credibility. 📍Adapt messaging and approach for restricted or smaller markets, focusing on compliance-safe communications and reputation management. 📍Media Relations & Thought Leadership: 📍Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with top-tier, business, financial, and tech media across the region. 📍Secure consistent, high-quality media coverage including interviews, op-eds, commentary, and feature stories. 📍Position Binance spokespeople as credible thought leaders on crypto, blockchain, financial innovation, and regulation-aware growth.

Requirements:

📍Experience & Background: 📍8–12+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs. 📍Strong background in financial services, fintech, technology, crypto, or regulated industries. 📍Direct, hands-on experience managing multi-market or regional PR strategies in Asia (Japan/Korea). 📍Skills & Competencies: 📍Excellent media instincts with strong storytelling and message framing skills. 📍High level of regulatory awareness and risk sensitivity. 📍Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused. 📍Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills. 📍Confident advisor to senior leaders and spokespersons. 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
