Job Summary
What will I be doing?
šManage the full employee lifecycle in Malta (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, contracts, documentation). šEnsure alignment and localization of global HR processes and policies. šServe as the go-to HR partner for employees seeking guidance and support. šPartner with managers to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the local market. šSupport performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and development plans. šCoordinate engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives.
What skills do I need?
š5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in a fast-paced environment. šStrong presence, communication skills, and confidence to represent dLocal at events. šProven experience building relationships with managers and senior leaders. šHands-on, autonomous, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end. šExperience coordinating payroll with external providers and reviewing payroll accuracy. šSolid understanding of employment law and HR compliance in Malta (preferred). šStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.
