Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the best market practices šOversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork šCoordinate logistics around expat hires šManage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records HR data management (data entry in Workday) šAssist in Benefits administration šProvide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues šCoordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression šHelp oversee office operations in Aarhus until an Office Manager joins the team šAd-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.
Your skills and Experience:
šBachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration) šMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment šStrong knowledge of employment legislation in Denmark
