Job Summary
The opportunity
šPartner with business unit leaders and the broader KX team to develop solutions and programs that enhance all phases of the Krakenite lifecylce. šHelp with the development and implementation of HR strategies, and programs aligned with business objectives. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. šSupport HR initiatives related to talent management, succession planning and organizational development. šServe as a point of contact for managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures. šProvide guidance and input on organizational change initiatives by providing HR support and guidance to leaders and employees. šAssist with sentiment checks and pulse checks within the layers of the business (especially the manager layer) to help define the people plan for the functions. šProvide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes with the help of our employee relations team. šAnalyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. šAnalyze employee engagement surveys and help develop action plans based on survey results.
Skills you should HODL
šMinimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years a Human Resources Business Partner supporting international teams šKnowledge of international employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements šExperience working in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced high-growth environment strongly preferred šExperience at a technology company or highly successful start-up strongly preferred šProactive problem solver and disciplined self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment with ever-changing priorities šAppreciates privacy, security, ācrypto valuesā.
