Job Summary

The opportunity

šŸ“Partner with business unit leaders and the broader KX team to develop solutions and programs that enhance all phases of the Krakenite lifecylce. šŸ“Help with the development and implementation of HR strategies, and programs aligned with business objectives. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. šŸ“Support HR initiatives related to talent management, succession planning and organizational development. šŸ“Serve as a point of contact for managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures. šŸ“Provide guidance and input on organizational change initiatives by providing HR support and guidance to leaders and employees. šŸ“Assist with sentiment checks and pulse checks within the layers of the business (especially the manager layer) to help define the people plan for the functions. šŸ“Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes with the help of our employee relations team. šŸ“Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. šŸ“Analyze employee engagement surveys and help develop action plans based on survey results.

Skills you should HODL

šŸ“Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years a Human Resources Business Partner supporting international teams šŸ“Knowledge of international employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements šŸ“Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced high-growth environment strongly preferred šŸ“Experience at a technology company or highly successful start-up strongly preferred šŸ“Proactive problem solver and disciplined self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment with ever-changing priorities šŸ“Appreciates privacy, security, ā€œcrypto valuesā€.
