Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Establish working processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 📍Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. 📍Manage and lead projects in Nayax's Salesforce ecosystem. 📍Design and implement new business requirements to improve business processes.Nayax is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the CRM (Salesforce) team, which is responsible for supporting global Nayax's users and is in charge of global business processes. 📍Support users on the day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting. 📍Manage Salesforce releases, understand “What’s coming (and when)”, present the new features to the relevant users & training.
Requirements
đź“Ť+2 years of practical experience as a Salesforce administrator and implementer. đź“ŤA solid understanding of business processes. đź“ŤExperience managing Information Systems projects and application implementation. đź“ŤAbility to translate business requirements into technical designs. đź“ŤExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player. đź“ŤStrong self-learning abilities. đź“ŤGood analytical skills. đź“ŤExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. đź“ŤCreative thinking and cognitive flexibility.
