Job Summary
You Will 🚀
📍Sales Processes Support: Implement and optimise sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity. 📍Reporting and Integrations Handling: Assist the team in building on-demand reports and dashboards in the CRM (Hubspot), support integrations of new sales tools and plug-ins. 📍Data enrichment and integrity: Work with sales-related datasets and enrich the existing databases. 📍Market & Investment Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to uncover growth opportunities. 📍Conference Support: Compile lists of relevant side events, handle registrations, and assist in building targeted lead lists. 📍Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to support strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements
📍You Have 🤓 📍A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 📍1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internships are also valued). 📍Crypto or blockchain industry experience is a plus, but not required. 📍Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot proficiency preferable) and data analysis/data enrichment tools (Phantombuster, Apollo or similar). 📍Excel knowledge: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets functions. Able to create and manage pivot tables, capable of cleaning and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability in outputs.
