📍We are looking for a Sales Leader (founding GTM team) to shape our sales strategy and play a critical role in building our business. We value a hands-on approach & first-principles thinking. As a Sales Leader at Zamp, you will drive our revenue growth, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, and work directly with customers to close strategic deals. This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to be part of a transformative journey from the ground up(0-1 🚀 & 1-100 🚀).
What You’ll Do
đź“ŤDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. đź“ŤRecruit, train, and lead a high-performing, hands-on sales team. đź“ŤOwn the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. đź“ŤBuild strong relationships with key customers and manage strategic opportunities. đź“ŤCollaborate closely with marketing to drive outbound initiatives and boost lead generation. đź“ŤProvide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement within the sales cycle. đź“ŤOptimize pricing, revenue streams, and incentive programs to maximize growth. đź“ŤStay informed on market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies. đź“ŤWork directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure success.
