Responsibilities

Use a strategic mix of outreach methodsā€”email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and moreā€”to spark interest and open doors with key decision-makers. šŸ“Qualify Prospects: Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client needs, evaluate their fit for our staking solutions, and determine their readiness to engage further. As the first point of contact, youā€™ll set the tone for our brand and lay the foundation for successful client relationships. šŸ“Support Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to account executives. šŸ“Track and Report: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM, providing regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

šŸ“1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors. šŸ“Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investment trends. šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-suite executives and institutional clients. šŸ“A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed targets. šŸ“Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn and master new systems is essential.
