Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSupport the Risk Officer in establishing and maintaining the risk management framework including the design and implementation of key risk indicator matrices for regional operations. šDevelop and maintain the development of risk policies and procedures, and prepare risk training materials. šProvide support to maintain effective risk governance across the firm such as consolidate regional incidents and perform regular trend analysis, assist in the ongoing oversight of outsourcing risks by consolidating regional outsourcing registers. šConduct operational risk-related thematic reviews and projects as needed. šSupport product risk assessments by collaborating with risk owners to conduct risk and control assessments on exposure across different financial products. šValidate controls identified through product risk assessments and ensure timely implementation of remedial actions. šConduct local vendor due diligence risk assessments and assist in enhancing third-party due diligence and assessment processes in accordance with industry regulatory changes. šPerform ongoing monitoring and oversight of operational incidents in line with the Operational Risk Policy and Procedures. Track and develop KPI and KRIs on an ongoing basis. šDevelop and maintain a risk dashboard to track remediation action status, ensuring timely implementation of mitigation and preventive measures to resolve issues and minimize associated risks. šSupport the conduct of business impact assessments across different products. šEnhance the business continuity plan as necessary, in accordance with industry regulatory changes. šPerform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the team. šFamiliarity with CSSF risk and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or other related disciplines is preferred. š3-5 years of working experience in financial services, operational risk, audit, advisory services, or product management. šExperience with database management systems. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance tools is an advantage. šStrong execution and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive initiatives concurrently. šAbility to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
