Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Understand current state processes and the issues that need to be addressed and design future state versions of processes/systems with functional requirements for implementation by a development team. 📍Create user stories and support the development team during the development cycle. 📍Create and update documentation relating to processes and system design. 📍Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. 📍Drive stakeholder engagement, clearly guiding them in the change management process.
Who you are
📍Experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of VSM, SIPOC and BPMN 2.0.
📍Technically proficient, with knowledge of low-code automation tools, APIs, and software development methodologies.
📍Skilled with Standard Technical Development Tools like Jira and Confluence.
📍Excellent communicator, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.
