Job Summary

Your mission will be:

šŸ“Work on company wide compensation processes including salary review, benchmarking, bonus, and long term incentive plans. šŸ“Support with the management of all aspects of the company bonus schemes, including: Annual review of bonus schemes, liaising with Senior Management to set annual rules. šŸ“Facilitate individual bonus payments and communications šŸ“Provide insights reports and recommendations on various aspects of the reward agenda such as pay strategy and gender pay. šŸ“Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce. šŸ“Analysing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws. šŸ“Optimising and implementing new data processes and systems. šŸ“Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.

A little about you:

šŸ“5 years + Reward experience. šŸ“A proven track record of Reward and People data expertise and governance. šŸ“A solid understanding of People (HR) principles and excellent analytical skills. šŸ“A working knowledge of the statutory requirements affecting compensation issues in South Africa, UK and APAC. šŸ“Advanced level Excel and Google sheets competency šŸ“A strong knowledge of reward principles, practices, and trends šŸ“Ability to conduct project work and associated research independently šŸ“A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels šŸ“Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills šŸ“Ability to interpret and to reconcile complex financial data from a variety of sources using tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. šŸ“Demonstrable knowledge of current legislation with regards to pay conditions and the tax treatment of fringe benefits. šŸ“Ability to prioritise workloads effectively, balancing conflicting deadlines and achieving results and deliverables within fixed timescales. šŸ“A high level of attention to detail and accuracy šŸ“A confident and persuasive communication > šŸ“Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills. šŸ“High level of confidentiality.
