What you’ll do

📍Accounts Receivable Management: 📍Generate and send out invoices to customers; 📍Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately in the accounting system; 📍Review and keep track of all invoices and credit memos; 📍Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities; 📍Follow up on late payments, collect and apply payments to invoices; 📍Calculate Bad Debt Reserve; 📍Month and Quarter-end close: 📍Perform accounts receivable and other reconciliations; 📍Process journal entries and adjustments to general ledger entries. 📍Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams on invoicing-related matters; 📍Other: 📍Assist in gathering support for financial audits and provide required documentation; 📍Prepare and maintain schedules for deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and other related accounts for smaller entities.

📍Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Genuine interest in crypto; 📍Proficiency in NetSuite; 📍Ability to be a team player; 📍Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; 📍Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and 1+ years of experience in the month-end close and invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition processes; 📍Effective communication and interpersonal skills; 📍Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment; 📍Confidence, good judgment, energy, and positive work attitude.
