Job Summary
Responsibilities
šRespond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of satisfaction. šMonitor and manage communication channels like Telegram and šDiscord to build an engaged community. šGather and analyze user feedback, working with internal teams to drive improvements in services and products. šOversee and manage agencies to ensure alignment with company goals, effective execution of campaigns, and consistent performance delivery. šDemonstrate a client-service-oriented mindset with existing clients, understanding and addressing client needs while fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications
šExperience in managing external agencies or vendor relationships. šStrong familiarity with platforms such as Telegram and Discord. šGood understanding of the crypto industry and the Vietnamese market. šFlexibility to work non-standard hours to support when needed. šA deep understanding of the local region and a proven ability to navigate its unique market dynamics. šExceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines. šExcellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal. šA solid understanding of the crypto industry and trading principles.
