Job Summary
About the role:
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join OKX's growing client coverage team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying high-value leads to closing deals and ensuring long-term client success. You'll be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of sophisticated professional clients, acting as the critical bridge between their needs and our internal teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep knowledge of crypto markets, and is ready to help shape the future of professional digital asset adoption.
Responsibilities:
📍Own the full-cycle sales process — identify and qualify new professional client leads, manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through to closing, and ensure a smooth transition into post-sales client success. 📍Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, including client verification and account activation, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from day one. 📍Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for assigned strategic accounts, resolving day-to-day inquiries. 📍Serve as a clear and confident communicator between clients and internal teams — including product, legal, compliance, and operations — ensuring alignment and timely resolution across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
📍Demonstrates high tenacity, grit, and determination; embraces change with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. 📍Proven ability to build and manage institutional pipelines, develop opportunities, and close high-value deals independently. 📍Strong understanding of the regional institutional landscape and what it takes to engage clients such as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, Private Wealth Managers, and Family Offices. 📍Deep knowledge of crypto products and trading infrastructure, including spot, derivatives, custody, lending, and staking. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. 📍Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. 📍Strong knowledge of products that we offer for institutional clients (Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC). 📍Strong product knowledge with the ability to clearly articulate the value, mechanics, and use cases of our full product suite to sophisticated clients, tailoring conversations to each client's specific needs and strategies. 📍Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least two additional languages; Chinese, Hindi, or Russian are particularly valued.
