Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Recruiting and Sourcing: Effectively manage multiple stakeholder recruiting priorities with successful outcomes, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and utilize Huronās network to maximize employee referrals
šStakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent communication and insights to meet their talent needs.
šFull Cycle Recruiting Management: Oversee the entire recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with Huron standards.
šTalent Assessment: Utilize Huron's interview framework to effectively lead the candidate assessment process, guiding stakeholders through a comprehensive assessment process and to an unbiased and evidence-based hiring decision outcome.
šCommunication and Executive Disposition: Communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of management and stakeholders, representing Huron Healthcare with poise and professionalism.
šProblem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and find effective solutions
šCollaboration: Establish and foster collaborative working relations with key stakeholders and business partners including HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management
šStrong Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrate a keen interest in learning and staying updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, innovative sourcing techniques as well as bring new ideas forward to continuously evolve your Talent Acquisition delivery
šSelf-Starter: Ability to work autonomously as well as in teams, effectively manage competing priorities, and adapt with agility as needed
Job Requirements:
šBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. šMinimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruitment for senior executive roles within professional services, or search firm environments. šExperience in healthcare industry recruiting. šProven ability to deliver recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šProficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn, internet research, and social media sourcing.
