Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
📍Candidate Interviewing: 📍Conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 📍Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. 📍Assessment Facilitation: 📍Organize and facilitate candidate assessments, including technical tests, personality evaluations, and skill-based exercises. 📍Ensure all assessments are completed accurately and timely. 📍Background Checking: 📍Perform thorough background checks, including employment history, references, and relevant certifications. 📍Verify candidate information and resolve any discrepancies. 📍Candidate Coordination and Communication: 📍Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 📍Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback sessions. 📍Provide a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or talent acquisition firm. 📍Strong interviewing and assessment skills. 📍Excellent organizational and communication abilities. 📍Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in candidate evaluation. 📍Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously 📍Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
