Tasks
What youβll do:
π Find brilliant candidates and close Middle/Senior-level vacancies (web3 positions, IT, sales, marketing, editorial) at warp speed while maintaining top-notch quality. π Onboarding - we value the unicorns we find and work to ensure their successful adaptation within the company. π Share your Recruiting wisdom and guide hiring managers. π Train the team on candidate evaluation and planning. π Dive into exciting HR projects when they come up.

Requirements
Itβs a perfect match if you:
π Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency. π Are motivated to develop your personal brand and become a community speaker in Web3 recruitment. π Possess a good network in the digital sphere. π Are a Web3 enthusiast who follows trends and can converse fluently in Web3 language. π Have excellent English skills (C1/C2 level). π Are results-oriented and proactive.
