Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates. 📍Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring alignment with our job requirements. 📍Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions. 📍Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations for sourcing strategies. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies for each position. 📍Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in our hiring efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and inclusive practices. 📍Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress. 📍Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, including clear communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

📍2-3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a blockchain-related industry. 📍Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 📍Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 📍Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
