Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šTalent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates. šCandidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring alignment with our job requirements. šCandidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions. šMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations for sourcing strategies. šCollaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies for each position. šDiversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in our hiring efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and inclusive practices. šData Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress. šCandidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, including clear communication and timely follow-up.
Qualifications
