Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Source and attract potential real estate agents through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals. 📍Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. 📍Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process. 📍Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate agent candidates. 📍Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements. 📍Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. 📍Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database. 📍Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate recruitment.
Requirements
📍Proven experience as a recruiter within the real estate industry within Turkish and Dubai market. 📍Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics. 📍Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms. 📍Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 📍Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for real estate roles. 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills. 📍Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. 📍Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms. 📍Full English and Turkish languages proficiency.
