Objectives and Responsibilities

📍Oversees and guides all activities of the blockchain teams. 📍Leads the design, build, and management of a secure, scalable and resilient blockchain platform. 📍Initiate and implement enterprise architecture best practices 📍Plays a mentorship role to engineering personnel, constantly promoting best practices and improvement in their professional skills. 📍Collaborate with product management and other Fireblocks units to define, prioritize and execute the Blockchains roadmap

Qualifications

📍B.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical certificate. 📍At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles, involving Full-stack or backend experience, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment. 📍At least 2 years of experience managing 2+ engineering teams, leading teams to deliver enterprise products, with meaningful backend components. 📍Demonstrate strong system-level troubleshooting skills and possess an ability to identify and resolve high-level scalability and performance issues. 📍Experience in designing scalable architectures based on cloud providers 📍Strong communication skills in a highly collaborative environment. 📍High Analytical & Troubleshooting skills - ability to solve complex problems.
