Your Impact

📍Lead, mentor, and develop up to ten software and SRE engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling career growth. 📍Drive the development and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, including self-service tooling, automation, secure-by-design principles, and compliance. 📍Oversee the development of advanced testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements across multiple blockchain and off-chain products. 📍Partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, and security teams to define and deliver robust developer tooling and operational frameworks. 📍Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to set clear expectations, align on scope, and ensure timely delivery of self-service tooling and services 📍Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across the DevEx team. 📍Maintain team health and productivity through effective project management, clear communication, and supportive team practices. 📍Recruit and hire top engineering talent, raising the bar for the team and broader organization.

Requirements

📍Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. 📍Demonstrated expertise in managing and improving CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling in complex engineering environments. 📍Experience managing the engineering and delivery of internal engineering tools and platforms for globally distributed internal customers 📍Proven experience in building and leading teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure. 📍A strong passion for making developers highly productive. 📍Familiarity with Golang and its ecosystem.
