What you will do:

📍Build and maintain dashboards to track TVL, user funnels, vault performance, protocol cash flows, and other key metrics 📍Analyze onchain data to generate insights that guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies 📍Benchmark ether.fi performance against competitors and evolving market trends 📍Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal tools and user-facing interfaces 📍Contribute to go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings 📍Partner with marketing, BD, and product to track and improve user retention and protocol revenue 📍Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates 📍Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences

What we are looking for:

📍4+ years experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering—ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial markets 📍Strong command of SQL, Dune Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, and similar 📍Experience with onchain data, smart contract analytics, and blockchain query languages (The Graph, Flipside, Dune, etc.) 📍Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments—able to take ownership and drive clarity from data 📍Excellent communication skills, especially when translating data into decisions 📍Passion for crypto, DeFi, and open financial systems (hands-on experience in the space is a major plus) 📍Bonus: experience supporting investor relations or analyst briefings in a data or strategy capacity
