Job Summary
What will you be doing in this role?
šOrganize and maintain project activity tracking using JIRA. šLead the administrative coordination of in-person stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling documentation folders, and overseeing overall logisticsāoccasionally supporting the organization of social events. šProvide support for internal meetings within the project's Pillars, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. šDocument action items from meetings and follow up with the appropriate team members to ensure timely execution. šManage SharePoint libraries, internal and external portals, and project wiki pages. šSupport the documentation custodian by maintaining configuration baselines and change logs, implementing the documentation change management process, and updating document templates (e.g., reports, official letters, contractual deliverables). šManage access permissions for project portals and provide user support related to SharePoint functionality. šEnter and update project data in SharePoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow. šMaintain stakeholder lists, manage access privileges, and support communication activities. šTrack, monitor, and report on project progress for various stakeholder reports. šBuild and maintain data structures for reporting using Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power BI. šAssist the Product Owner (PO) in cost tracking and forecasting activities. šProvide regular status updates to the project management team as required.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team? šAt least 5 years' experience in project management support. šHave a recognized Project Management certification, such as Prince2 or PMP. šStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and procedures. šSolid knowledge of configuration management frameworks and associated processes. šProven proficiency in JIRA, with hands-on experience in Agile and Kanban methodologies. šSkilled in organizing meetings, recording accurate minutes, and drafting detailed summaries.
