Responsibilities:

📍Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. 📍Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources. 📍Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout. 📍Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. 📍Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions. 📍Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities. 📍Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation). 📍Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

📍5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment. 📍Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure. 📍Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus. 📍Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units. 📍Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
