Responsibilities

📍Oversee and manage video-making projects, including production calendars and deliverables. 📍Establish and maintain efficient internal processes for content creation and delivery. 📍Liaise with agencies, freelancers, and regional teams to execute projects effectively. 📍Manage spot content projects and coordinate external regional growth initiatives. 📍Serve as the internal point of contact (POC) for cross-functional support opportunities and content briefings. 📍Develop and implement a global strategy for testimonials, showcasing success stories from the Sui community. 📍Maintain efficient resource allocation across content production resources, optimizing for scalability. 📍Set up and manage a Community CRM strategy to enhance audience engagement and retention. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling copy for ad hoc videos and campaigns. 📍Bring a Web3 growth mindset to all projects, leveraging decentralized community dynamics and engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications

📍Proven experience managing content and video production projects, including workflows and timelines. 📍Strong understanding of Web3 growth strategies and decentralized community dynamics. 📍Demonstrated ability to liaise with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers. 📍Experience coordinating cross-functional (xfn) teams and regional initiatives. 📍Familiarity with CRM strategies for community engagement in Web3. 📍Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Strong written communication skills, particularly in Web3-related copywriting. 📍Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and Web3 communities.
