Key Responsibilities

📍Tooling & Workflow Development 📍Design, implement, and maintain project tracking systems (e.g.,Monday.com, JIRA, etc). 📍Tailor project tools and templates to reflect departmental needs and strategic objectives. 📍Ensure tracking tools are capable of supporting maturity model benchmarks and assessments.

Required Qualifications

📍Cross functional project management experience preferred.- Demonstrated ability to build or adapt project tracking systems to meet team-specific needs. 📍Familiarity with maturity models (e.g., SE-CMM, OPM3, etc). 📍Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, Asana). 📍Strong facilitation, collaboration, and documentation skills. 📍Experience working across diverse teams with varying levels of process maturity. 📍High comfort with ambiguity and iterative development of tooling and process.
