Responsibilities

📍Maintain and prioritize team's backlog, ensuring tasks are well-structured, documented, and tracked. 📍Collect and consolidate requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders. 📍Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and transparency. 📍Manage expectations by proactively identifying potential risks, delays, or resource constraints. 📍Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and Data & Analytics team. 📍Support in preparing project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of analytics solutions. 📍Track and monitor progress of analytics projects, highlighting dependencies and blockers.

Requirements

📍2-5y experience in Project Management 📍Ability to collect, structure, and document requirements clearly. 📍Strong organizational and prioritization skill. 📍Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 📍Perfect English spoken and written. 📍Familiarity with project management tools (Jira). 📍Proactive and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset. 📍Experience supporting agile teams (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives). 📍Exposure to workshop facilitation and documentation.
