What You Will Do
📍You will shape the culture within The Studio’s residents, encouraging a culture of shipping, experimentation, and collaboration where builders benefit from being around each other 📍You will establish and evolve the guiding principles and goals behind and for The Studio, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities and the needs of the builder ecosystem. 📍You will own the strategy and execution of engaging and attracting top builders to The Studio and the broader Monad ecosystem.
