Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Project Management 📍Coordinate Execution: Partner with Product Managers (PMs), marketing teams (social, CRM), and operations to deliver campaign assets such as landing pages, in-app banners, and rewards distribution. 📍Stakeholder Alignment: Drive cross-functional discussions and keep teams informed of campaign progress, blockers, and results. 📍Feature Launches: Organize and oversee operational tasks to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for upcoming feature launches. 📍Campaign Organization: Maintain documentation, timelines, and communication channels to facilitate smooth campaign delivery. 📍Planning: Support PMs in roadmap organization and planning, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and communicated. 📍Business Operations 📍Cross-Functional Visibility: Develop tools and frameworks to improve visibility into ongoing initiatives and ensure teams stay aligned. 📍Scalability: Build workflows that grow with the organization, enabling smoother product development and campaign execution at scale. 📍Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in product and campaign workflows, and implement solutions to improve speed, visibility, and outcomes. 📍Day-to-Day Operations: Provide support for banner management, campaign tracking, and ad-hoc operational needs. 📍Tool Development: Create and refine operational tools, dashboards, and templates to streamline team collaboration and reporting.
Qualifications
📍2–5 years in product operations, workflow optimization, campaign management, or program management roles, ideally in tech or startups. 📍Proven ability to work cross-functionally, balancing priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders across teams. 📍Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 📍Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, and project management software; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is a plus. 📍Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus. 📍Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading platforms is a bonus but not required. 📍Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
