Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Binance Pay product. 📍Design and implement initiatives to increase user engagement and retention. 📍Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 📍Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral programs, and other engagement strategies. 📍Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the team and stakeholders. 📍Constant refinement on product workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated markets 📍Ensure operational efficiency and high accuracy in product configuration. 📍Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
📍Minimum 5 - 7 years of payments/fintech experience with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry 📍Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team 📍Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast in a dynamic setting 📍Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
