Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Build a nimble infrastructure to support an expanding, innovative product base.
📍Execute workflows with speed and accuracy while participating in strategic reengineering, audit, risk and new business initiatives.
📍Actively engage with users, providing scaled support to resolve issues, identify user trends and work with cross-functional partners to find solutions using technology and automation.
📍Drive the delivery of operational milestones and strategic initiatives set by Operations Management at the company-wide level, ensuring rigor through best-in-class project management practices and applying critical thinking to each business decision.
📍Manage business operations to ensure fiat currency and crypto assets are custodied and transferred seamlessly, and that issues are detected and resolved promptly. This includes some after-hours work, weekend work and office visits.

About you
📍We're looking for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact from day one.
