Job Responsibilities:

📍User growth through user tiering, product cross-selling and product integration. 📍Develop and execute go-to-market plans, working closely with product, design, marketing growth, data, PR and other cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption. 📍Plan user journeys and increase user funnel conversion rates through product positioning, user education, and operational activities 📍Unlock new user growth through product design, partner collaboration, content marketing and social media campaigns 📍Design reward systems to increase engagement, retain users and attract new customers 📍Coordinate and project management marketing activities with other teams 📍Provide market and competitive intelligence, monitor community KPIs and trends to inform overall marketing and product strategy 📍Be the voice of users on the product team based on insights gleaned from product data, user research, and current market trends.

Job requirements:

📍3+ years of consumer product marketing experience including launching complex engagement campaigns and driving global market entry 📍3+ years working experience in technology industry 📍Experience in new product development and launch 📍 Growth operational experience, including paid marketing and email marketing strategies 📍Focus on quantification, good at data analysis 📍High standards and the ability to extend those standards across teams
