Job Summary
Key Scope
📍Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams. 📍Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market. Write compelling copy for blogs and social media posts. 📍Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events. 📍Ecosystem Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and protocols, and execute successful co-marketing campaigns. 📍Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry. 📍Strong understanding of Staking and DeFi protocols. 📍A proven track record of writing excellent short- and long-form content. 📍Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success. 📍Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. 📍Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results. 📍Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.
