Key Scope
đź“ŤGo-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams. đź“ŤMessaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market. Write compelling copy for blogs and social media posts. đź“ŤCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events. đź“ŤEcosystem Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and protocols, and execute successful co-marketing campaigns. đź“ŤPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. đź“ŤCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
Requirements
đź“ŤProven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry. đź“ŤStrong understanding of Staking and DeFi protocols. đź“ŤA proven track record of writing excellent short- and long-form content. đź“ŤDemonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success. đź“ŤExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. đź“ŤProven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results. đź“ŤCreative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.
